Troy Kinsey
Managing Partner
Troy Kinsey is an accomplished IT/Business consultant with extensive experience delivering and supporting (IT) services. He excels in building, leading, and enhancing delivery and support organizations.

Troy is also a seasoned educator. He has taught both undergraduate and graduate courses on program/project management and leadership. Furthermore, he has successfully established and grown program management offices both nationally and internationally. His academic background includes an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Troy is based in Seattle with his wife and partner, Adrienn, and their rescue cat, Sam. Troy enjoys writing fiction and has recently published his first non-fiction (mostly) book, titled "Practical Service Management."
Adrienn Kinsey
Managing Partner
Adrienn brings over two decades of service industry experience to our consulting team.

Her background spans managing performing art events with the Budapest Festival Orchestra and managing real estate in London, San Francisco, and Seattle. She has a degree from Oxford Brooks International Business School.
Adrienn offers a non-IT perspective and providing comprehensive support for our business.

Adrienn dedicates her free time to her family and spends time listening to classical & blues music and discovering the pacific northwest.
